I grew up outside Philly in a big family, playing sports my whole life, and fell hard for the arts in my 20s. I became a woodworker, drummed in a band, and eventually became a mom. After years of nannying, caregiving, and supporting families, doula work felt like a natural next chapter — grounded in a genuine love for people and a deep instinct to show up when it matters.

Outside of birth work, I’m usually near the ocean, making something with my hands, moving my body, cooking for the people I love, spending time with my son and family, or learning something new. I’m always evolving, staying curious, and finding ways to bring more intention into the way I live and work.
